1) Could you add my favorite tv show? Could you add the images for my favorite series?

Time tvshow based on the tremendous work done by http://www.thetvdb.com.
This site allows all fans of TV series to get and set information about their shows. So, if there is some missing information on your show, we invite you to create an account on TheTvDB and complete it. The community will thank you for that and this will be the available for everybody the next day on TvShow Time!

Please note that sometimes there are several versions of the same show (one for each country for example), so be sure to enter the full name of the show and the year when searching for you favorite series.

2) The information in my series are not in my language! Why?

This means that the version of the language you want is not available. Tvshow Time will use English by default.

3) Where can i watch shows on TVShow Time?

Unfortunately, on TVShow Time it's not possible to watch shows. But we have a "view" link that will redirect you to the iTunes Store so you can buy it.

What you CAN watch are the Webseries.

4) If I change device (iPhone/Android), will all my TV Show data be gone?

No, your information remains untouched. All you have to do in order to sync devices is login with your email.

NOTE: If you changed from an iPhone to an Android, and you were loged in via Facebook, make sure you create a login via email on the iPhone to create a username and password Before logging in on the Android.

5) Why is the Android version different then the iPhone version?

The iPhone version is much more updated. This is because we're only 2 developers and it becomes imposible for us to work on both versions at the same time. But don't worry. As soon as we finish with the planned updated on the iPhone we will move on to the Android

6) Can i see the airing dates of my country?

The default airing dates and networks are American. But we have available airing dates for France and the UK at only $1.99USD

Just go to the "Agenda", click on the bell icon on the top right corner, click on the white button and you'll have the option to change from "original" to France or UK.

7) I forgot my password, how do i change it?

You are not able to change the passwords they're given automatically by TVShow Time. But you can get a new one by simply clicking the "Forgot my password" link on top of the password box when you login via email.

8) Is there a Windows version available?

For the moment we're not planning on creating a Windows version but we'll consider it if we get enough votes for it on http://support.tozelabs.com/forums/172228-general/suggestions/3062826-support-windows-phone
